How hiring a room works
Casual and regular hirers
Casual hirers book a room for one-off sessions and pay 14 days before the event. Regular hirers, such as weekly classes, are invoiced monthly and pay within 14 days. Regular hirers also provide Public Liability insurance and PAT certificates.
Deposit and cancellations
A deposit is taken and refunded at the end of your booking, provided invoices are paid and there is no damage. Cancellations or changes need at least 7 days' written notice.

Before it was a village hall, this building was Yateley's parish school - the only place of education in the village for generations. In 2023, Starburst Foundation took on a 10-year lease from Yateley Town Council and renovated it into the studios you can hire today.
When you book a room here, you're helping keep a piece of Yateley's history in use, not sitting empty.
Every booking supports local children
Room hire keeps Starburst Studios running, and the charity behind it funds specialist equipment for local children with additional needs. Find out how your hire helps.
